Founded and run by brothers James and Josh, Alexander Joshua combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design to create beautifully made bespoke furniture tailored to each client’s individual needs. We take a personal, client-focused approach to every project, always aiming to exceed expectations and deliver something truly unique.

Based in the village of Hathern, just outside Loughborough, we are ideally located on the Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire border, allowing us to serve clients across the East Midlands.

With over 20 years of experience in bespoke furniture design and manufacturing, we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver a wide range of projects — from fitted wardrobes and storage solutions to completely bespoke furniture commissions.

Every project is handled by our small team of experienced cabinet makers, all working under one roof. This means the entire process — from design through to manufacture and installation — receives our full personal attention.

Each piece of furniture is handmade to exacting standards using carefully selected materials and finished to the highest quality, whether that’s a traditional hand-waxed finish or a modern sprayed finish completed in our own finishing department.
